Hi. I'm Bill Breskin, Senior Vice President of Government Programs with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Through the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, or FEP, we have the honor and privilege of providing health, dental and vision coverage to federal employees, portions of the military, retirees, and their families.

With Open Season running November 8th through December 13th, I want to help you stay informed and connected. First, whether you've been one of our members for years or are new to our program, we're proud to be a partner in your health.
