Follow these simple steps to register


  • Go to fepblue.org/signup
    Make sure you have your member ID number ready—this is the number on the front of your member ID card. Then follow the prompts to enter your personal information, including your member ID number, name and date of birth.
  • Verify your identify
    Choose your preferred option to verify your identity. This can be done with the PIN that was mailed to you, by requesting a PIN by phone or by a claim number. Then follow the instructions to confirm your identity.
  • Create your account
    Enter your email address and create your username and password. Agree to the terms and conditions and then click “Submit” to create your account.

When you have a MyBlue account, you’ll be able to get the most out of the fepblue app, including accessing a digital version of your member ID card, searching for in-network providers and connecting to virtual providers through Teladoc Health. It’s free to download on the App Store® and Google Play™.

Get rewarded for taking charge of your health

When you complete activities that support your health, we think you should get rewarded. Eligible Standard and Basic Option members* can earn up to $170 a year with our Wellness Incentive Program. FEP Blue Focus members** can earn rewards for getting their annual checkup with our Routine Annual Physical Incentive Program.

*You must be 18 or older and the contract holder or spouse on a Standard or Basic Option plan to earn this reward.
