Postal Service Employees & Retirees

FEP is committed to providing Postal Service employees, retirees and their families with some of the best health care benefits possible.

Important information about your PSHB member ID card

Some Postal Service members may have received the incorrect PSHB member ID card. Correct member ID cards have been mailed and should arrive shortly. For reference, the PSHB member ID card has a stamp outline around the plan name in the upper right corner. We apologize for any confusion this error may have caused.

Proud to receive approval to participate in the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announced that the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP) is approved to participate in the PSHB Program, so bookmark this page to stay in the know.
