Earn rewards when you complete up to three goals
As part of our Wellness Incentive Program, FEP Blue Standard™ and FEP Blue Basic™ members can earn rewards after they complete the Blue Health Assessment and achieve up to three Daily Habits goals.* You’ll receive $40 for each eligible goal completed, up to three, for $120 total.
You can earn incentives by completing activities related to:
- Stress
- Weight loss
- Exercise
- Balanced living
- Nutrition
Incentives can also be earned when you complete goals related to managing the following conditions:
- Asthma
- Heart disease (CAD)
- Heart failure
- Hypertension
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Use incentive rewards on qualified and non-qualified medical expenses
Keep in mind that most goals take about a month to complete, but some can take up to three months. Any rewards earned will be loaded onto your MyBlue® Wellness Card. You can use these funds for qualified medical expenses, such as copays and prescriptions. You can also spend up to $150 annually at select Blue365® retailers for non-qualified medical expenses.
